What we collect

We collect only what a reader gives us: an email address if you subscribe to our monthly letter; the contents of a message if you use the contact form; and standard, aggregated web-analytics data (page views, referrer, approximate country) if cookies are accepted.

Why we collect it

To send the monthly letter you asked for; to reply to your message; to understand which articles readers find useful, in aggregate.

Legal basis

Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the newsletter and analytics cookies; legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) for replying to messages you send us.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Retention

Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to reply and follow up.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; withdraw consent at any time; and complain to a supervisory authority. Write to editors@nordichealthreview.fi.
